1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
10 oz. can Cheddar cheese soup
4 to 6 c. raw potatoes
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. pepperoni slices
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion slightly.
Drain. Sprinkle with salt and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine oregano and tomato sauce. Spread over meat.
Peel and slice potatoes.
Boil for 3 minutes, drain and spread over meat mixture.
Spread cheese soup over potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove foil and add pepperoni slices and Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake another 15 minutes without foil.
