Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of cloves
3/4 tsp. chopped nuts
1/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine eggs, water, oil and pumpkin; mix well.
Sift together sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
Add to pumpkin mixture.
Blend.
Fold in raisins and nuts. Pour into well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan or 3 small 10 ounce loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
