    1 (14 oz.) can hearts of palm, drained and sliced
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 red onions, thinly sliced
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
    1 bottle Good Seasons Italian dressing with red wine vinegar*
    1/2 c. white vinegar

    *Or use packet and add red wine vinegar.
