Steak Tips Over Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds round steak or beef stew meat, cut into 1 in pieces
    1 large onion
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour and put in baking pan (9 X 13).
    Cover with onions, crumble bouillon cubes over meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover with foil and cook at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
