Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 lb. tomatoes
    10 green peppers
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1-1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 c. salt
    2-1/2 lb. onions
    6 hot peppers
    3 clove garlic
    2 tsp. oregano
    3/8 c. sugar
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, pepper, and garlic into small pieces.
    Combine all ingredients in a large kettle, bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pour into hot pint jars, and process for 20 minutes in boiling water.
