Mexican Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans green chili peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    12 egg roll wrappers
    vegetable oil
    picante sauce
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet; drain well.
    Add chilies, cheese and seasonings; stir well.
    Place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture on wrapper.
    Fold jelly roll fashion; brush edge of wrapper lightly with water.
    Press edges together and seal.
    Heat vegetable oil to 375\u00b0 into large saucepan.
    Place 2 or 3 egg rolls in pan; fry 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with picante sauce.
