Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 large onion, chopped
6 oz. cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 box corn muffin mix
Preparation

Thaw and drain
broccoli.
Chop onion.
Melt butter and mix the first 6 ingredients together.
Add muffin mix last.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes.
