Johnnycake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. oil
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix cornmeal, sugar, milk, egg and oil.
Mix the dry ingredients, stir and add to the first mixture.
Put into a greased 8-inch pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
