Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place raw chicken in baking pan. Cover with rice, water, soup, salt and pepper. Put tinfoil over pan; punch holes in tinfoil. Cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
