Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat (beef)
    2 1/2 c. onions, sliced
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook beef, onions, pepper and garlic in hot oil.
    Heat until beef is browned and onions are tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Bake in covered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until rice is done.
