Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil (optional)
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Note:
    May substitute 8 ounces pain low-fat yogurt for the cream and sour cream and eliminate oil and butter.
