Chocolate Chips And Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. salted peanuts
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell (keep chilled)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Use electric mixer and beat eggs, dark corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).
    Stir in peanuts.
    Sprinkle pie shell with chocolate chips.
    Pour filling over chips.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; continue baking 30 to 35 minutes or when toothpick comes out of center dry.
    Cool.
    Cover with plastic and put in refrigerator overnight.
    Serve at room temperature.
