Cheddar Spinach Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. quick crescent dinner rolls
8 to 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. half and half or milk
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of garlic powder
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
pinch of pepper
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained well
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Press crescent roll dough into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Pat and seal any perforation in dough.
In medium bowl, combine cheese, flour, then add eggs, half and half, salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic powder.
Then add spinach.
Mix well.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes until well set.
Cut into squares. Serve warm.
Makes approximately 24 to 36 servings.
