Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown or white sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk (if needed)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1 c. coconut
    8 marshmallows
Preparation
    Mash
    sweet
    potatoes
    and
    let
    set overnight or until cold. Add
    butter, sugar, milk and salt.\tPress around marshmallows
    and roll in flakes and coconut mixture.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 until hot and lightly browned.
