Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    3/4 tsp. basil, crushed
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Fry turkey until no longer pink and drain off fat and water. In large pot, stir in turkey, undrained tomatoes, kidney beans (drained), tomato sauce, onion, chili powder, parsley, basil, oregano, pepper, cinnamon, garlic, red pepper and bay leaf.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
