Orange-Sauced Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 large oranges
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil. Drain and set aside.
    Shred 2 teaspoons orange peel. Squeeze 1 cup orange juice (set aside 1/2 cup).
    Add 1/2 cup juice to skillet with chops.
    Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
