Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 1/2 c. canned applesauce
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, creaming until light.
Add eggs, beating well after each.
Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately to creamed mixture with applesauce.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Turn batter into greased and lightly floured muffin pans, fill 3/4 full.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
