Ingredients

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
1 large pkg. chocolate bits
1 jar Marshmallow Fluff
1/2 lb. butter
1 pkg. nuts
Preparation

Put in large pan the sugar and evaporated milk.
Bring to boil and time it, letting it boil for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in butter, chocolate bits, Marshmallow Fluff and nuts.
Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
