Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can salmon
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Parboil celery 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix bread crumbs and remaining ingredients.
    Form into patties; roll in remaining bread crumbs.
    Fry in shortening until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel and serve.
