Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. almonds (optional)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. mushroom soup
2 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
sharp cheese
crumbs (bread, cracker or chips; if using crumbs, suggest Progresso, plain)
Preparation

Mix all well (excluding crumbs and cheese).
Top with cheese and crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Freezes well.
