Apple Bavarian Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix until completely blended.
Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
Prepare the topping.
