Swiss Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. grated cheese
4 thin Swiss cheese slices
2 Tbsp. cream
salt and pepper to taste
4 thin sausage patties or bacon slices
Preparation

Slightly cook sausage or bacon; put in bottom of pan.
Add butter and cheese slices.
Break eggs over cheese.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour cream over eggs.
Sprinkle with a little grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until eggs are set.
