Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced, pared cucumber
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 hard-cooked eggs
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, celery, cucumbers, onion, celery seed, salt and pepper.
    Toss lightly.
    Separate cooked egg yolks from whites. Dice whites and add to potato mixture.
    Sieve yolks and combine with sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard.
    Add to potato mixture and mix carefully.
    Chill for several hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
