Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large stewing hen
2 tsp. salt
2 onions, chopped
2 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
4 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Place all ingredients except cracker crumbs in large pot. Cook until meat falls from bones cut up fine.
Grease deep casserole and put in layers of chicken and crumbs.
Top with crumbs.
Pour 3 cups broth chicken was cooked in.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
For an accompanying sauce, mix and heat 1 can mushroom soup with chicken broth.
Serves 8.
