Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 red onion, chopped
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. bacon grease
Preparation
-
Mix the bacon grease, sugar and red wine vinegar and microwave until bubbly.
Toss the spinach, mushrooms, onion, eggs and bacon. Pour the sugar mixture over the spinach; toss and eat.
