Chinese Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 c. Chinese noodles
    2 small onions or 1/2 c. diced onions
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown the meat and add all the ingredients, except the noodles.
    Put into a baking dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Then remove from oven and cover with Chinese noodles.
    Bake 30 minutes more.
    Serves 8.
