Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

19 Ritz crackers, broken
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. pecans
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
whites of 4 eggs

Preparation

Beat whites of eggs until stiff and add to other ingredients. Bake in a greased pie plate 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
