Skillet Seafood Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 can condensed chicken broth
1 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned
1/2 c. dry white wine plus 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley and fresh dill
Preparation

In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook mushrooms, green onions and garlic until vegetables are tender. Stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually stir in chicken broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover.
Simmer about 5 minutes or until seafood is done. Stir in wine, cream and parsley.
Heat through.
Ladle into bowls and top with dill.
