Baked Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cut up
1 small jar dried beef
sliced bacon
16 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Spray 10 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Wash and soak dried beef thoroughly.
Line in bottom of pan.
Skin chicken and discard skin.
Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each piece of chicken and place on top of dried beef.
Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together and pour over chicken.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until done.
If browning occurs too quickly, cover pan.
