Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 qt. strawberries, sliced
few drops red food coloring
1 cooled, baked pie shell
whipped cream or Cool Whip

Preparation

Blend sugar, cornstarch and water; boil until clear.
Add food coloring and Jell-O.
Cool.
Put sliced strawberries in baked pie shell and pour glaze on top.
Chill 3 hours.
Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
