Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (about 2 1/2 lb.)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 stick margarine
    1 stackable pack 40 Ritz crackers, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken and debone.
    Season to your own taste.
    Put chicken in bottom of baking dish.
    Mix soup and broth; pour over chicken.
    Melt butter and crumble crackers into butter; mix together well.
    Spread on top of chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
