Oil And Garlic Sauce(All'Olio E Aglio) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. linguine or vermicelli (thin spaghetti)
    1/2 c. olive oil
    5 cloves garlic, sliced thin
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet; add garlic and cook until browned.
    Stir in water; add parsley and pepper.
    Simmer about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional).
    Pour over pasta and eat.
