Baked Rotini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up and undrained
    1 (4 oz.) can undrained mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    8 oz. rotini (uncooked)
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In medium skillet, combine beef and onion.
    Cook until beef is browned and onion tender.
    Drain.
    Stir in next 8 ingredients. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
