Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    3 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    30 Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In a frying pan, bring water to a boil.
    Add frozen broccoli. Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    Drain and remove from pan; set aside.
    Using same pan, melt 1 stick of butter.
    Add Velveeta cheese.
    After melted, pour in broccoli.
    Pour mixture into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Crush Ritz crackers.
    Melt the other stick of butter.
    Then add crushed crackers.
    Pour over broccoli; mix.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
