Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium sized light mushrooms (there should be about 12)
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    some pepper
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Wipe mushroom caps with a damp cloth and arrange in a shallow baking dish, hollow side up.
    Chop stems (there will be about a cup) and mix with pecans, butter or margarine, garlic and some pepper.
    Mix everything (except caps and cream) together and heap into mushroom caps.
    Pour heavy cream over mushrooms and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, basting one or two times with the cream in the dish.
