Turkey Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. Stove Top stuffing
    1 c. chopped turkey
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    15 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Make stuffing according to box and press in baking dish forming a crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Combine meat and cheese.
    Beat eggs, milk and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
    Sprinkle meat and cheese over hot crust.
    Pour egg and milk mixture on top. Drop temperature down to 350\u00b0.
    Bake about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
