Brunch For A Bunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices French bread, trimmed and cubed
    3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 3/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained or 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage (hot or spicy)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Fry sausage and mushrooms; break into bite size pieces.
    Put bread cubes into an 8 x 12-inch glass pan.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Beat eggs with 2 cups of milk and dry mustard.
    Pour over cheese.
    Layer sausage and mushrooms.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
