Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
    1 stick oleo
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt oleo; saute onion and pepper.
    Mix sour cream with grated Cheddar cheese and mix all with potatoes.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Sprinkle over top the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
