Beef-Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 c. Uncle Ben's long grain rice
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes (plus juice)
    1 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
    3 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain fat.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add more liquid, if needed.
    When done, sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 2 to 3 minutes to melt cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6.
