Sandies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecan meats
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add vanilla and water.
    Add flour; mix well and add pecan meats.
    Form small balls or rolls 1 1/2 inches long.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven (300\u00b0) for 20 minutes or until delicately browned.
    While hot, roll in confectioners sugar.
