Congealed Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp (chopped)
1 c. celery (chopped)
1/2 c. green pepper (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
1/2 c. green olives (chopped)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. tomato soup
1 can water (soup can size)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 pkgs. plain gelatin
1/2 c. cool water
Preparation

Heat tomato soup and water in a sauce pan with salt, Tabasco sauce, pepper, and garlic powder.
Crumble packages of cream cheese into hot soup mixture.
Beat with wire ship until cream cheese is blended with soup.
Dissolve plain gelatin with cool water and pour into soup mixture.
Put shrimp, celery, green pepper, onion and green olives in a bowl.
Pour soup mixture into bowl with chopped ingredients.
Blend.
Chill until firm.
