Ingredients

1 egg white
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Beat egg white and sugar until mixture is light and sugar is dissolved.
Add vanilla.
Toss the nuts in this until they are coated.
Drop by spoonful onto greased and floured cookie sheet, dropping about 3 pecans to each cookie.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0
for 10 minutes.
Put cookie sheet in oven and turn off heat.
Let cookies sit in oven for 50 minutes.
Store in tins.
