Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. applesauce
    2 whole eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Soak raisins and nuts in water while mixing cake.
    Mix flour, sugar, spices, salt and soda.
    Make a hole in middle of mixture. Add applesauce, eggs and oil. Mix for 5
    minutes.
    Drain raisins and nuts. Dredge in flour.
    Add to cake mixture.
    Pour into greased lined tube pan.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 and 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    When done, leave in pan.
    Cover tightly until cool, preferably overnight.
