Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar Blue cheese
    2 jars Old English cheese (sharp)
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 minced onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Soften cheese to room temperature and combine.
    Cut onion in fourths and chop in blender.
    (I add a little water, then strain the onion after it is minced.)
    Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1/4 cup parsley to cheese mixture; mix well.
    Form into 2 balls.
    Roll in remaining nuts and parsley. Wrap balls tightly and chill.
    These can be frozen.
