Brown Sugar Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
Preparation
    Beat butter, Crisco and sugar until light & fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Sift dry ingredients & add to creamed mixture. Add milk, alternating with dry ingredients. Add vanilla & nuts. Pour into greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake 1 hour & 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. I serve with strawberries or glaze.
