Zucchini Spice Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Add wet ingredients (last 6 ingredients) and dry ingredients (first 7 ingredients) together.
Stir until mixed well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in two 9-inch round cake pans for 30 minutes.
Serve with cream cheese or whipped cream.
