Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can asparagus tips
2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz or soda)
2 c. grated cheese or 1/2 lb. cheese
3 hard-boiled eggs, cut into small pieces
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. pimento
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix cheese, cracker crumbs, liquid from asparagus and 1/4 cup butter.
Grease bowl with butter and save the rest for the top of the casserole.
Place layer of cheese and cracker mixture in baking dish.
Next, a layer of asparagus, then a layer of eggs and pimento.
Cover with can of soup.
Use rest of cracker mixture to cover top and dot with remaining butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
