Grandmas Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni, measure then cook
    3 Tbsp flour
    1 pound cheese, cheddar or american
    salt and pepper
    onion salt, powder, dried or fresh (optional)
    milk
Preparation
    Use a 2 quart casserole dish, butter sides and bottom.
    Make 3 layers using sliced cheese, 1 tbsp flour and pepper, over macaroni. On second layer add the onion to taste.
    Ending with layer of cheese, 1 Tbsp flour and salt and pepper on top.
    Cover the whole thing with milk.
    Be generous.
    Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes until cheese on top golden brown.
