Irish Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. Karo white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar (10x), sifted
4 oz. coconut flakes
1/2 c. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
Add the 10x sugar and coconut flakes; mix with a spoon.
Knead with hands.
Roll into small balls, then roll in cinnamon.
Refrigerate.
