Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. white flour
    2 c. graham flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt shortening and add to water.
    Mix dry ingredients together and stir in water mixture.
    Knead slightly before rolling out. Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
